Just to clarify… Please read the article ”Combat Roller Derby Gossip” if you haven’t already. Remember, this recommendation is to be used in conjunction with the New York Times article cited. Ps: I wrote the article after I retired from derby, but I thought it was a great example of how a team/league could implement no-tolerance into their gossip policies. In the article I state that the Code that we wrote was pretty damn good, but if we had combined our Code with the no-tolerance ideas from the company in the Times article, we would have had a more successful code, and a healthier morale. -YoLife
